Every item is carefully cleaned, sanitised and inspected before each hire to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and ready for your family to use.
Before Every Hire
Every item is:
- Professionally cleaned
- Sanitised
- Safety checked
- Inspected for cleanliness and condition
- Prepared and packaged for your arrival
Any item that does not meet our standards will be cleaned, repaired or replaced before it is hired again.
Our Cleaning Process
We clean every item using methods appropriate to the product and in accordance with the manufacturer’s care instructions.
Depending on the equipment, this may include:
- Steam cleaning hard surfaces
- Spot cleaning fabrics and upholstery
- Washing bedding and mattress protectors using a non-biological detergent
- Cleaning plastic surfaces with suitable products
- Thorough drying before inspection and storage
Safety
Before every hire, we check each item for:
- Cleanliness
- Signs of wear or damage
- Missing parts
- Safe operation
If we are not completely satisfied with the condition of an item, it will not be hired until it meets our standards.
Bedding
Where bedding is included with your hire, all fitted sheets and mattress protectors are freshly laundered before delivery.
There is no need to wash bedding before collection—we’ll take care of that for you.
